These terms apply when you book a driver through Pahadi Driver Service (pahadidriver.com, phone or WhatsApp). By confirming a booking you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We provide a verified driver to drive your own vehicle. We are not a taxi or car-rental company and do not supply the vehicle.

2. Fares and payment

• The fare is fixed and confirmed on WhatsApp or phone before the trip, based on the current rate card.
• You pay the driver after the trip, in cash or UPI, unless we agree otherwise.
• Overtime beyond the booked hours is charged as per the rate card (₹150 per hour by day, ₹200 per hour at night).
• Fuel, toll, parking and state permits are paid by the customer. On outstation trips the driver's food and a basic safe place to stay are arranged or paid by the customer, and on one-way trips the driver's return bus/train fare is extra.
• Rates can change during peak season and the Char Dham yatra season; the fare confirmed for your booking does not change once confirmed.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before the pickup time. After a driver has been assigned, a cancellation charge of ₹300 applies.

4. Your vehicle

• The vehicle must be road-worthy and carry valid registration, insurance, PUC and any permits needed for the route.
• Please tell us in advance if the car is automatic, a luxury model or has any special handling, so we can assign the right driver.

5. Our drivers

• Every driver is checked for a valid licence and identity, and police verification is done before bookings are assigned.
• Drivers follow traffic rules, do not drink on duty and may refuse to drive if the vehicle is unsafe or if they are asked to break the law.
• If a driver cannot reach you, we will arrange a replacement or tell you as early as possible.

6. Driver jobs

Applying as a driver does not guarantee work. Bookings are assigned only after document and police verification.
