This policy explains what information Pahadi Driver Service ("we", "us") collects on pahadidriver.com, why we collect it and how we look after it. We run a driver-for-your-own-car service and a driver recruitment service from ISBT, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248002, India.

What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, phone number, email (optional), city, pickup and drop location, date and time, vehicle type and any note you add.
• Contact messages: the details you type into the contact form.
• Driver applications: name, phone, city, licence type, experience and the documents you upload — driving licence and, if you choose, Aadhaar and police verification.
• WhatsApp and calls: the messages and call details you share with us directly.
• Website usage: basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate city) so we can see which pages help visitors.

How we use it

• To confirm your fare, assign a verified driver and send you the driver's details.
• To reply to your questions and keep a record of bookings and invoices.
• To verify drivers who apply to work with us, before any booking is assigned to them.
• To improve the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Who can see it

Only our team and, for a confirmed booking, the driver assigned to you (your name, phone and pickup details). Driver documents are seen only by our verification team. If you pay online, the payment is handled by the payment gateway (Razorpay); we never see or store your card or bank details. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as needed for accounts and legal requirements. Driver documents are kept while the driver works with us and removed on request after that, unless we must keep them by law.

Security

Uploaded driver documents are stored in a private area of the server that the public cannot open, and the admin panel is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
